We are happy to provide a smartphone app to our valued customers so that they can request our services for immediate pick ups or for a ride in advance through your smartphones in a more efficient manner.

Key Features of this application:

· Book a cab for immediate pickup or schedule a pickup

· Let the app find your current location for pick-up as identified through the GPS of your smartphone

· Choose an Airport from the list of surrounding Airports in your area as your pick-up or destination location

· Store your frequent addresses to "Frequent" list and easily use them in subsequent bookings

· Search for restaurants, hospitals, grocery, shopping malls, train stations, night clubs, theatres, doctors, and hotels near you as your pick-up or destination location with 2 valuable search options. We make search easy for you.

· Choose the desired vehicle by specifying the number of passengers and type of vehicle

· Get an estimated fare for your booking before confirming it and taking the ride as we believe in NO surprises

· Receive notifications about the status of the bookings

· Receive information about the vehicle and the driver (Name and contact number) for your booking

· Review all your past bookings

· Call the driver or the dispatching office when required using a tap of a button


How to use the application:

· Download the free app

· Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)

· Login to the app (Email & Password)

· Enter your pickup address or select your location using GPS, local Airports, Search feature or select an address from your previously saved Frequent list

· Enter your destination address (this is mandatory and also allows us to provide an estimated fare amount). This can be done by selecting an airport, search for a location, choose from a previously saved Frequent address or entering the address.

· Book your ride (bookings can be immediate or for a future time/date)

· You will receive a notification stating the status of your booking

· You will receive subsequent notification shortly with details of the vehicle and driver

· Complete your ride

· The App contains a menu that will guide you through a section that helps you
- view your profile
- change your password
- Add a payment credit card
- view your booking history
- with a fare calculator which provides an estimated fare for chosen pickup and destination
- with a support form to provide your valuable feedback and raise issues
